Feedback is an exhibition across two spaces which considers holistic and ecological approaches to arts production and exhibition making, that resonates with permaculture methodology and the blending of its core principles Earth Care, People Care and Fair Share. Studio 12 at Backwater Artists’ Studios will be offered as an active space, which focuses on the contextual aspects of the exhibition. Whilst the Cork County Library Gallery Headquarters will be meditative and allow for immersive encounters with works that consider material and process. Narratives emerging from the exhibition reflect on the micro and macro relationships that can exist between ourselves, each other and the vast, mysterious and terribly beautiful non-human world.
Róisín Foley is a curator, writer and professional gardener who works with permaculture sensibilities. She lives and works in West Cork.
