I’ll Be Seeing You – Addressing Domestic Abuse Workshop

This workshop will begin by exploring the exhibition I’ll Be Seeing You, by Artist Rachel Daly, currently showing in Studio 12, Backwater Artists Group. The artist will be present to introduce her work. Following this discussion, the workshop will be led by Mary Crilly, CEO of Cork’s Sexual Violence Centre to offer practical advice and resources through engaged discussion. This workshop aims to equip participants with the skill of being aware of people in compromised home situations and the best strategies to offer help and support victims. Due to the sensitive nature of the discussions this workshop is recommended for adults aged 16 and upwards. It is aimed at everyone with the ambition of doing something proactive for victims of domestic abuse and facing inequality in society.
