Our annual Winter Salon is back!

Winter Salon is not only a unique fundraising event, it is also a rare opportunity for you to own works of art from new and well-established artists for under €200, a great way to start your own art collection!

Join Backwater Artists Group on Thursday 7 December from 6pm – 8pm. We will have many beautiful works of art for sale from our Studio, Darkroom and Network members.

Winter Salon will continue until Thursday 21 December, open Monday – Saturday 10am – 5pm.

There will also be a concurrent exhibition of members work will also be on show in the 1st Floor Corridor.

ARTWORK RAFFLE
We will also have a fundraising raffle of members work. The winner will be able to choose from a selection of available pieces by Joseph Heffernan, Anna Barden and Shane O’Driscoll. Tickets €5 available online or from the sales desk. The raffle will take place on Thursday 21st December 2023. Total prize value between €390 – €800.

Located in Wandesford Quay, Cork, Backwater Artists Group is a artist led studio group in our 33rd Year. We provide secure studio space and practical support for artists in Cork city. We currently cater for 84 artists. WINTER SALON is fundraiser to fund our artistic programme.
