Join curator Niamh Brown for an informal workshop on how to work effectively with curators. The session will cover how to approach curators, how to prepare for studio visits and meetings, maintaining professional relationships with curators, and working with curators towards and during exhibitions.

Niamh Brown is a curator and producer based in Limerick. She currently works as Curator of Strategy & Development at Ormston House, as well as independent projects. She holds a B.A. in Fine Art from Limerick School of Art & Design and was Creative Producer for the 39th edition of EVA International. In 2024, she received the Arts Council’s Bursary Award and was selected for the inaugural Backwater Artists Group Emerging Curator Award. Outside of visual art, Brown sits on the Board of Directors for Women’s Collective Ireland.
