We are delighted to partner with Crawford Supported Studios on free Drawing from Nature: Observing Natural Forms workshop from 1.15 – 2.15pm in our Studio 12 Exhibition Space.
This one-hour workshop facilitated by Backwater member Róisín O’Sullivan will explore the beauty of natural forms. Using a variety of organic objects such as leaves, branches, berries, and stones, participants will be guided to slow down, observe closely, and translate what they see onto paper. A selection of natural materials will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring your own found objects to draw from. Participants will also have the opportunity to experiment with a range of drawing materials and techniques.
Suitable for all skill levels, this session encourages curiosity, creativity, and a deeper connection to the natural world.
