Rachael Gilbourne is a curator of contemporary visual art. Based in Ireland, Gilbourne works at IMMA (Irish Museum of Modern Art), the curatorial practice RGKSKSRG, and on independent projects. As well as delivering major museum exhibitions, she has a particular focus on live performance, moving image, and site-specific projects. Previously, Gilbourne co-founded and co-ordinated Visual Arts Workers Forum, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Royal Hibernian Academy School; Black Church Print Studio; and Market Studios. Gilbourne has worked in key roles at Kerlin Gallery, Project Arts Centre, and Black Church Print Studio, Dublin, and holds on MFA from IADT and a BFA from NCAD.
