Backwater Artists are seeking a Trustee and Board Member with a Finance background who will advise on, monitor and evaluate the organisations financial controls, to ensure that the organisation is compliant and up to date with current legislation. We are looking for someone who also has an in depth understanding of compliance and risk management and who will advise on same.

 

Backwater Artists are seeking candidates for the role of Company Secretary to ensure that relevant rules and regulations of the Companies Act are complied with.

If you have experience in these areas and want to play a role in helping us, we’re keen to hear from you.

 

Meetings take place once a month in a hybrid form (both online and on the premises of Backwater Artists Group, Wandesford Quay, Cork, T12E26D). They currently take place on Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm. There are 11 meetings per year.
